  • Work across all departments of the company to align investment strategy with operations, technology, compliance, and business development.

Standards & Certifications

  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation strongly preferred.

  • Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) certification for expertise in private equity and alternative assets.

  • FINRA Series 7 & Series 63/65/66 licenses (or equivalent international regulatory certifications).

  • MBA or advanced degree in finance, economics, or related field from a top‑tier institution.

  • Demonstrated adherence to global fiduciary standards and compliance frameworks (SEC, FCA, ESMA).

Skills Required

  • Investment Strategy & Portfolio Management: Proven ability to design and execute multi‑billion‑dollar investment strategies with institutional rigor.

  • IPO & Exit Readiness: Experience guiding companies through growth stages, IPO preparation, and strategic exits.

  • Global Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of capital markets, emerging technologies, and cross‑border investment structures.

  • Leadership & Integrity: Ability to recruit, mentor, and lead investment teams with a commitment to integrity and excellence.

  • Startup Adaptability: Should be accustomed to startup and small business environments, since we are a small business ourselves.
