We are a Toronto-based pre-seed venture capital fund investing in early-stage startups in Canada and the United States. Our focus is on visionary immigrant founders building technology-driven businesses. As immigrant founders ourselves, we understand the challenges and opportunities of building a company and bring experience as founders, operators, and investors to the work.

We take a sector-agnostic, people-centric approach. We aim to understand each founder's strengths and help them bring together the people and resources needed to build their company. Our support extends beyond investment: we connect founders with a network of CEOs, entrepreneurs, experts, and thought leaders, and can help assemble a funding round through deal preparation and introductions to other investors. We review new investment opportunities twice a week and communicate with founders about next steps.
