Evio Venture Capital · preferably New York · Full-time
Evio backs founders at the intersection of mental health and human potential. Our mission is to serve the patients of today and protect the minds of tomorrow. We’re a small team, founded by entrepreneurs and investors and we’re raising our next fund.
We’re looking for a Chief of Staff that will:
- Work alongside Nathan Romano (Chairman) and Saki Georgiadis (Founder & GP), maximizing their performance across domains.
- Own our fundraising machine end to end: build the engine, run it flawlessly, and be in the room with investors.
- Participate in voting on pipeline (<10%), which is something that every Evio team member does
What you’ll do
- Act as the operating partner to leadership, keeping priorities, timelines, and decisions moving.
- Own fundraising operations: build and maintain our LP target lists, run the pipeline and CRM, and make sure no follow-up ever slips.
- Travel extensively across the US, meeting family offices, foundations, and institutional investors.
- Deliver the opening pitch for Evio, then bring in our Managing Partner and Chairman to deepen and close relationships.
- Prepare investor materials, manage the data room, and coordinate every step of the process from first meeting to commitment.
Who you are
- 5–10 years of experience as a chief of staff, or in revenue/sales operations, investor relations, or a similar operating role, ideally at an emerging manager or start-up.
- Methodical and planful: you love process, and people trust you to run things without supervision.
- Genuinely energized by travel, not just willing to tolerate it.
- Low ego and high ownership: you’d rather make the team win than be the face of it.
- Comfortable and persuasive in front of senior investors, or have the raw ability to get there under mentorship.
- A real connection to mental health is a strong plus.
Why Evio
- Build a fund from the inside, with direct access to leadership and real ownership from day one.
- Work on a mission that matters, alongside people who’ve lived it.
- Competitive comp, including carried interest and a path to GP ownership
Ideally based in NYC or East Coast timezone. US work authorization required.
