Catalyst Health Ventures is a venture capital firm investing in early-stage MedTech startups. We are a small, collaborative team seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations & Operations Analyst to support our finance, investor relations, and firm operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with 2+ years of post-graduate, full-time experience who is interested in venture capital operations, finance, and relationship management.

Role Overview

The Investor Relations & Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting investor communications, financial processes, and day-to-day operations. This role provides broad exposure across the firm’s operations, including finance, investor relations, marketing, and fund administration.

This is a full-time role best suited for candidates with a business, finance, economics, or marketing background and 2+ years of full-time professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations

  • Prepare and update investor presentation materials (fundraising decks, IC decks, quarterly updates)

  • Draft quarterly investor letters and support distribution of investor communications.

  • Research potential investors and maintain master investor contact lists

  • Manage CRM database with accurate investor and deal records

  • Send investor statements and respond to ad hoc investor requests

  • Support logistics for investor meetings and the firm’s investor conference

Finance & Operations

  • Enter accounts payable into accounting software and track allocation of fund expenses

  • Process and enter expense reports

  • Download and organize monthly bank statements

  • Perform recurring and ad hoc financial analyses

  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee the firm’s annual finance calendar

  • Order office supplies and support general office management

Marketing & Communications

  • Maintain the firm’s LinkedIn profile and website

  • Create and distribute quarterly newsletters

  • Schedule and draft LinkedIn posts and investor emails

  • Coordinate with external partners for event logistics, filming, and other media needs

Administrative Support

  • Manage team calendars, meeting scheduling, and event planning

  • Support ad hoc projects across finance, operations, and investor relations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field

  • 2+ years of post-graduate, full-time professional experience

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Thrives in an environment without rigid playbooks, taking initiative to build, refine, and improve processes as the firm evolves

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with accounting, CRM and email marketing software a plus

  • Ability to handle multiple projects, manage deadlines, and work independently

  • Interest in venture capital, startups, and investor relations

Compensation

  • $72,000–$80,000 base salary plus bonus eligibility
