We’re hiring an Investor for Growth Equity at Valor Capital Group!

This is a role for someone who wants to invest with judgment, over the long term, alongside founders building iconic companies.

Over the last 15 years, and through our early and growth stage funds, we have focused on two things with discipline:

1/ Investing in iconic global companies and helping them expand in Latin America (Coinbase, Circle, Perplexity, ElevenLabs).

2/ Investing in Latin American companies with the potential to reach $1B+ in revenue (Stone, CloudWalk, Inc., Wellhub).

This role reports directly to Paulo Passoni, Managing Partner of Growth, and can be based in NY, SF, Mexico City, or São Paulo.
