Director of Marketing — Capital Q Ventures Inc.
Capital Q Ventures seeks an experienced marketing leader to drive growth across their venture capital and entrepreneurship ecosystem. The role requires someone who thinks strategically, executes relentlessly, takes ownership, and is motivated by measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing campaigns supporting fund distribution and capital raising efforts
- Create investor-facing materials including presentations and white papers
- Support Capital Q Velocity's portfolio company growth initiatives
- Lead FloridaAngels.Club membership acquisition and event promotion
- Manage brand consistency across all channels and digital platforms
- Establish marketing KPIs and implement growth technologies
- Represent the organisation at conferences and networking events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience
- Demonstrated success driving business growth through marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Self-starter mentality with a focus on accountability
Preferred Experience
- Venture capital, private equity, or financial services background
- Investor relations or startup ecosystem experience
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $75,000+ commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus
