About the role
The APAC Ventures Manager will implement Arup's venture strategy across Asia-Pacific — developing a pipeline of investment opportunities in early-stage startups, securing investments, and managing the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Source and develop a pipeline of investment opportunities across APAC
- Lead due diligence, financial analysis, and investment evaluation
- Manage portfolio companies and track performance
- Conduct market research across emerging technologies in built environments
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the Arup global network
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Experience in financial or commercial analysis
- Strong stakeholder relationship and organizational skills
- Understanding of engineering, infrastructure, or built environment sectors preferred
- Enthusiasm for emerging technologies
