## Role
The GTM (Go-To-Market) Network at a16z connects portfolio companies with the global enterprise ecosystem. This role supports that mission by planning and executing executive briefings, dinners, receptions, and virtual events for C-level executives, portfolio companies, and network members. You'll be the primary on-site contact for Menlo Park events.
## Responsibilities
- Manage all event logistics including venue selection, catering coordination, audio/visual setup, and day-of execution
- Collaborate across teams to develop event plans
- Maintain contact databases in Salesforce
- Handle both in-person and virtual meeting logistics
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of events experience
- Excellence in fast-paced environments; food and beverage coordination; vendor management and contract negotiation
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Poise and agility when plans shift
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Zoom
## Compensation
Anticipated salary range $108,000-$126,000, plus eligibility for a16z's carry program, discretionary bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
