Techstars is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the Boulder Accelerator program team, executing the full accelerator cycle from company sourcing through Demo Day.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute program plans overseeing accelerator programs and celebrations
- Manage application, screening, and onboarding logistics
- Schedule mentors, investors, and program activities
- Recruit and manage seasonal Associates
- Support corporate partner relationships and alumni engagement
- Represent Techstars in the local Boulder community
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in fast-paced environments with event planning or operations focus
- Strong English communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and systems thinking
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Passion for startups and entrepreneurship
Preferred skills
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience with automation tools (Airtable, Zapier)
- Familiarity with early-stage companies
