The Role
This senior role combines two functions: leading the Ecosystem team and serving as Chief of Staff. The Ecosystem team manages the firm's connective tissue, running programs, relationships, and community engagement. The Chief of Staff function involves shaping operating rhythms, driving strategic planning, and maintaining cross-functional oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a major event for April 2027
- Develop Ecosystem team strategy and manage direct reports
- Collaborate with Marketing and Investment teams on new initiatives
- Onboard portfolio founders and manage partnerships
- Own the firm's operating rhythm and strategic planning processes
- Maintain cross-functional visibility and spot organizational gaps
Requirements
- 8+ years in ops, Chief of Staff, or growth roles at fast-moving startups
- Thrive on deadlines and manage complex multi-stakeholder projects
- Articulate communicator comfortable with founders and partners
- Strong relationship navigation skills
- Willingness to experiment with AI tools
- Familiarity with venture capital
