100x100 is a Singapore-based climate company builder and venture capital fund. The firm operates a structured venture-building model, co-founding climate technology companies from the ground up alongside experienced entrepreneurs. Its portfolio spans eight countries, with activity concentrated in Southeast Asia, India, and the Philippines.
The firm's first fund reached a $60 million hard cap in 2023 and has been deployed to co-found 27 climate companies across sectors including energy, food, materials, supply chains, agriculture, and residential solar. These portfolio companies have collectively raised over $28 million in external funding, and the portfolio reports a survival rate nearly double the median venture capital average. Fund II, targeting $100 million and backed by institutional investors, launched in 2026 to extend this model.
Each company in the portfolio is designed with ambitious operational targets: $100 million in revenue and 100 million tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent abatement per entity. The firm evaluates over 1,000 entrepreneurs annually to identify candidates with the operational expertise suited to this model.
