A number of factors have combined to create the right environment for the world’s transition to a green economy; Government regulation, changing corporate behaviour and consumer activism.
The target portfolio of each investor will be 6-8 companies. The fund focuses on post revenue investments into early stage companies. In most cases businesses will already have a product or service in the market and will be making revenue from that product or service. I.e. the capital will be required for scale up. The majority of investments the Fund will make will be post seed and pre Series A. The overall investment size is likely to be between 500,000 GBP and 1000,000 GBP.
