Startup Relationship Management

  • Identify and evaluate potential healthcare startups globally for our program
  • Serve as a liaison between the startups and VentureBlick, addressing their unique needs and challenges
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with startup founders globally, offering support through VentureBlick’s extensive advisory network and internal resources for incubated companies

Global Incubator Program Management

  • Assist global colleagues to oversee healthcare-focused incubator programs
  • Support the administrative selection process for international healthcare startups participating in our programs
  • Monitor the progress of portfolio companies from around the world and provide ongoing support to ensure their success

Global Resource Management: Mentors and Advisors

  • Understand the needs of startups, coordinate with global team to manage a global network of mentors and advisors with expertise in healthcare and medtech
  • Facilitate startup and advisor matches and subsequently engagements for startups based on their specific requirements
  • Support in the moderation of these sessions and make recommendations to internal team members for strategic follow-up support for the startups

International Partnerships

  • Assist in the development of strategic partnerships with healthcare stakeholders such as foreign agencies, healthcare organizations, hospitals, and corporates to foster international collaboration for our portfolio companies

Progress Reporting and Evaluation

  • Act as central point of contact for global colleagues to track and assess the progress and success of healthcare startups
  • Generate regular global reports for VentureBlick Leadership Team, highlighting program outcomes and milestones, including portfolio progress on an international scale

Community Building

  • Foster a vibrant and supportive global community among healthcare and MedTech startup founders within our incubator
  • Organize international meetups, demo days, and cross-cultural knowledge-sharing events to promote global collaboration
  • Participate in key startup events within the region

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience working at a VC firm, incubator, accelerator, government agency, consulting firm, or startup is essential
  • Previous exposure to healthcare/medtech startups is an absolute must
  • Sound knowledge of medical device development and commercialization roadmap
  • Proven experience in program management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, startups, and medical advisors
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation in healthcare and medtech
