HOW WE WORK
- 50 ideas: Ideation The first stage is the search for an idea on a given topic; it involves analyzing trends, brainstorming, choosing problems to solve, and sometimes attracting third-parties to create a disruptive business idea.
- 15 products: Validation The second stage is to test the feasibility and scalability of the idea by conducting market research and going through internal selection mechanisms developed by the studio, including creating an MVP.
- 9 projects: Creation The third stage is the development process. The startup team begins to bring the idea to life, creating prototypes and improving them. The initial business plan and financial model are thought through. Work with the first customers begins.
- 3 startups: Spinning out and Scaling UP If the project passes the previous stage, the team becomes a separate startup and starts working on scaling the idea.
