Knuru is deploying growth capital in transformative fintechs and marketplaces in MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa and Southern Europe. The manager already holds partnerships with category defining marketplaces (TLC, Jiji, Joi, TGM) and disruptive fintechs (NowMoney, Ibancar, Klarna, Chime).
Knuru was founded and has since been joined by experienced investors with deep knowledge and track record of investing in the financial services industry at the intersection of software, finance and trade. The team is composed of entrepreneurs, engineers and financiers.

MISSIONS
Manage dealflow and source for investment opportunities that fit Knuru's thesis.
Assist the team in Due Diligence process including market, competition and business plan analysis.
Contribute to the drafting of opportunity Overview, Investment memorandum and other strategic reports.
Support investor relations by drafting quarterly reports and a newsletter for LPs
Participate to regional events to meet entrepreneurs and represent Knuru
Map and analyze new strategic markets of interest to Knuru to identify trends and investment opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
Finalizing an MSc in Economics or Engineering from a top-tier University
Ideally, you have an experience in a fast-growing technology oriented company or in Corporate Finance (VC/M&A/PE/consulting)
Outstanding English communication skills, both written and oral
Familiarity with startup finance methodologies (e.g. valuation, cohort analysis, unit economics, KPIs) and an understanding of the mechanics of typical venture backed businesses
Strong sense of culture, organization and team work
Authentic knowledge and a desire to stay ahead of the trends shaping the VC market
Ability and desire to be part of a young team learning fast
