The Fund will source, evaluate, and invest in late stage growth equity and private equity transactions made on a global basis in leading companies with exceptional management teams. The Fund and related JPMorgan Chase balance sheet investments are focused on integrating material environmental, social, and governance factors, in its investment strategies, along with assessing long-term impact, sustainability, and related issues. The Associate will support the team's implementation of its Sustainability and ESG strategies through multiple responsibilities including conducting research to develop investment themes across relevant sectors and tracking relevant ESG and impact KPIs across target investments and portfolio companies.

We are a diverse team of investment professionals that has worked together for up to ten years managing a family multi-asset investment fund, from our townhouse office in Mayfair, London. Our clients have been entrepreneurially successful for nearly two centuries and are now in their sixth generation. Our investment portfolio generally includes bonds, equities, shares in private companies, precious metals and third-party funds.

Our company was established in 2022 in Japan and in 2023 in New York. Initially, we provided strategic consulting; however, from 2025, we changed our business model to an investment management company.
