About the Role
We’re hiring a Fund Finance & Operations Senior Associate to support the financial, operational and compliance backbone of our venture capital platform.
This role requires a strong accounting or audit foundation. You will own core fund finance processes and ensure accurate reporting, robust controls and regulatory compliance across the fund and management company. You’ll work closely with the VP of Finance and coordinate with service providers and/or internal resources as appropriate.
This is not an investing role. It is best suited for someone who enjoys fund accounting, structure, accuracy and accountability, and wants to build depth in fund operations within a VC environment.
Key Responsibilities
Fund Accounting & Financial Operations
Own day-to-day fund accounting and reporting, including capital calls, distributions and fund-level financial statements
Coordinate with service providers and/or internal resources to ensure timely, accurate and compliant reporting
Support audits and tax filings, working closely with auditors and tax advisors through year-end close
Ensure all financial records, working papers and documentation are complete, accurate and audit-ready
Prepare fund performance and management company reports for internal stakeholders and LPs
Partner with the VP of Finance to improve processes and streamline fund and management company operations
Compliance & Regulatory
Support compliance across the fund, fund manager and management company
Assist with regulatory filings, surveys, disclosures and ongoing compliance requirements
Ensure adherence to internal policies, governance frameworks and investment restrictions
Investor Reporting & Stakeholder Support
Support the preparation of quarterly investor reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Respond to LP financial and operational queries in coordination with senior leadership
Internal Controls & Risk
Support the implementation and monitoring of internal control frameworks
Identify and flag financial, operational and compliance risks
Work with service providers and internal teams to maintain a strong control environment
Fund Operations & Projects
Support new fund launches, operational initiatives and process improvements
Provide hands-on operational support to the management company as the platform scales

Experience & Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in accounting or audit, ideally within financial services, VC/PE, or fund administration
Direct experience working with auditors, tax advisors and/or fund administrators
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
CPA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification strongly preferred
