Associate – New Ventures & Entrepreneurship works with the founder to help build Vistara Ventures.
Role Description: hands-on role covering entrepreneurship, startups, capital raising, acquisitions, business growth and venture building. Support market research, opportunity sourcing, business development, founder outreach, investor research and new venture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: research markets, companies, founders, investors and acquisitions; identify businesses seeking funding, growth support, acquisition, succession or exit; manage pipelines and contact databases; outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, WhatsApp and events; prepare company profiles, market notes, investor summaries and briefs; support founder/investor meetings and partnerships; develop go-to-market plans, business models and growth initiatives.
Who We Are Looking For: smart, confident, organised and commercially curious; strong research and analytical skills; English; comfortable with founders and senior professionals; interested in startups, investing, M&A, VC, PE, capital raising or business growth; independent and reliable.
