We’re hiring | Investment Associate – Fundalogical Ventures
Fundalogical Ventures is looking to hire an Investment Associate to join our investment team.
The role will involve taking ownership across the investment lifecycle — from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to deal execution and portfolio management.
What you’ll work on:
• Sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities
• Conducting detailed company and industry analysis
• Analysing financial statements, building financial models and conducting valuations
• Developing investment theses and identifying key risks and opportunities
• Leading/supporting due diligence and transaction execution
• Preparing detailed investment memos for investment committee discussions
• Working closely with portfolio companies and tracking business & financial performance
• Supporting portfolio companies on strategic, financial and operational initiatives
What we’re looking for:
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in PE / VC / Investment Banking / Consulting
• Experience working on at least one completed transaction/investment
• Prior portfolio management / portfolio company experience is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation and financial modelling
• Ability to independently evaluate businesses and develop a clear investment thesis
• Strong commercial and analytical judgment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High ownership and attention to detail
