About This Role
We're looking for a sharp, driven Investment Associate / VP ready to take ownership across the complete investment lifecycle — from sourcing and due diligence to portfolio value creation. The role emphasizes operational understanding in the tech sector and a hands-on approach to every opportunity.
At VENTURE+, VC represents "Value Creation." Team members work with the investment group and portfolio companies to find high-potential opportunities, lead due diligence, and drive synergies across enterprise partners, startups, and LPs.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years VC/CVC technology investment experience
- 3+ years tech operations experience (tech lead, sales, PM, or entrepreneur)
- Significant startup and tech industry network
- Strong English and Mandarin communication skills
