Valley Capital Partners is an early-stage venture capital firm that invests in enterprise software, security and AI infrastructure companies in the United States and Israel. The firm backs technical founders and typically leads or co-leads pre-seed through Series A rounds - the first institutional round for most of the companies it funds. Capital is reserved to support portfolio companies in subsequent financing rounds.

The partnership runs a deliberately concentrated portfolio, backing three or four companies a year from a team of four partners. Founders work directly with all four partners rather than being assigned to a single investor, an engagement model the firm applies across hiring, product-market fit, financing strategy, first customers and growth. The firm also provides access to a network of exited founders, experienced operators, enterprise buyers and global partners.
