What we are looking for:

Role: Marketing Associate

We manage growth across a portfolio of brands, and you'll play a key role in executing and optimizing marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-account environment and is eager to learn by doing. You'll be hands-on with campaign execution, content coordination, reporting, and performance analysis while working closely with senior marketing team members.

What You'll Do

Paid Media

  • Assist in building, launching, and managing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor campaign performance and support budget pacing and spend tracking.
  • Help create ad copy and coordinate with designers on creative requirements.
  • Conduct audience research and support targeting and retargeting efforts.
  • Assist in campaign testing and performance optimization.
  • Prepare regular campaign performance reports and insights.

Organic Growth

  • Support SEO and GEO initiatives, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building activities.
  • Assist in maintaining content calendars across multiple brands.
  • Manage and grow LinkedIn and Instagram presence through regular content publishing and engagement.
  • Support partnership, referral, and community-building initiatives.
  • Coordinate with content writers, designers, and developers to execute organic growth campaigns.
  • Track and report on key organic growth metrics.

Multi-Account Operations

  • Support the management of multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
  • Maintain organized documentation of campaigns, performance reports, and learnings.
  • Assist in preparing stakeholder updates and marketing presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience managing or supporting campaigns across multiple brands or projects.
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A willingness to learn, experiment, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with social media content planning and execution.
  • Exposure to e-commerce or D2C marketing.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
