Role Overview
We are seeking a Growth Equity Analyst to join our remote team. The role is designed for students or recent graduates with prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or consulting who are eager to gain hands-on experience in growth-stage investing.
Analysts will work directly with TCP partners on live transactions, investor materials, and market diligence across advanced technology sectors. This position offers an entrepreneurial path with performance-based compensation tied to deals sourced or supported.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and evaluate emerging growth companies in TCP’s focus sectors
• Support preparation of investment materials and internal memos
• Conduct commercial, financial, and technical due diligence
• Identify and engage strategic and financial investors across the TCP network
• Contribute to origination efforts by sourcing new investment opportunities
• Track sector trends, strategic investors, and market developments relevant to active mandates
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in Finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering
• Prior internship experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or consulting
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and research platforms such as PitchBook, CapIQ, or Crunchbase preferred
Compensation & Structure

• Deal-based performance compensation for originated or contributed transactions
