TrueBridge Capital Partners is seeking a Data Impact Analyst to fill a full-time position on its Operations Team. Reporting to the Data Impact Manager, the Data Impact Analyst is a self-motivated, multi-talented and well-rounded individual who desires to be a key part of the data team in a dynamic and fast-growing company. The ideal candidate has experience or education around writing SQL, building dbt models, maintaining GitHub Action workflows and contributing to web application development.

Key Responsibilities
SQL & Data Pipeline Development
- Maintain and extend the layered SQL architecture in Snowflake
- Write and optimize SQL for staging tables that handle amount cleaning, entity enrichment, and graph resolution
Build and maintain analytics views
dbt Modeling & Transformation
- Develop and maintain dbt models organized across staging, intermediate, and marts layers
- Manage dbt seeds and snapshots for tracking historical changes to reference data
- Write dbt tests and documentation to ensure data quality and discoverability
- Configure and maintain dbt profiles for Snowflake connectivity, including schema routing
Web Application Development & Maintenance
- Frontend/ Backend: Contribute to web app development
- Implement client-side aggregation logic including IRR calculations, commitment/unfunded computations, and as-of-date filtering across cached data arrays
- Write and maintain frontend and backend tests to ensure reliability
CI/CD & Infrastructure
- Maintain and improve GitHub Actions workflows for automated testing, Docker image builds, and deployment to Snowpark Container Services
Data Quality & Operations
- Monitor data pipeline health, investigate discrepancies in fund performance metrics, and troubleshoot issues across the SQL/dbt/app stack
- Support incident response procedures, service rollbacks, and audit log review
Required Qualifications
- 1–5 years of professional experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related technical role
- Understanding of relational data modeling concepts, particularly around hierarchical/graph structures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to trace data lineage across layered architectures
Proficiency in Python
- Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries involving multi-table joins, window functions, CTEs, and conditional aggregation
- Familiarity with Docker for building and deploying containerized applications
- Experience with Git and GitHub-based workflows: branching, pull requests, code review, and CI/CD via GitHub Actions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dbt core, or similar transformation tools for managing SQL transformation pipelines, including models, seeds, snapshots, and tests
- Experience with Snowpark Container Services or AWS EKs/similar cloud hosting platforms
- Familiarity with Snowflake-specific features: Snowpark Container Services, secure views, result caching, OAuth authentication, and role-based access control
- Working knowledge of JavaScript/React. Comfort with JSX, React hooks, and basic D3 visualization
- Knowledge of financial metrics and calculations: NAV, IRR, TVPI, DPI, capital contributions, distributions, and unfunded commitments
- Familiarity with Vite as a frontend build tool
Education, Experience and Attributes
Bachelor’s degree
- Experience building or maintaining internal tools and dashboards for business stakeholders
- Ability to self-direct and juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Adapts to frequent change with a proactive, professional and assertive attitude
- Experience in the financial services or investment management industry, particularly venture capital, private equity, or fund-of-funds
