The services division comprises retained executive search for board members and senior executives; fractional and interim placements; leadership advisory covering onboarding, development, transitions and client talent strategy; executive coaching and assessment; and an inclusive executive opportunities offering. Retained searches are conducted through what the firm terms its talent data architecture, an approach that combines talent intelligence with practitioner judgement to assess fit, vision and shared purpose rather than CVs alone.
