Role Description

The Project Management Director is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing complex projects and programs across the fund’s operations and portfolio initiatives. This role includes defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are executed within budget and aligned with strategic objectives. The Director will monitor progress, identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks involve stakeholder communication, status reporting, resource planning, and establishing best practices for project and program governance. The person in this role will collaborate closely with leadership to support strategic planning and ensure alignment between investment goals and execution.

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management and Project Management skills to plan, execute, and govern multiple initiatives.
• Demonstrated Budgeting expertise to manage financial resources, track costs, and optimize project profitability.
• Proven Team Leadership experience to guide cross-functional teams, promote collaboration, and resolve conflicts.
• Process Improvement capabilities to analyze workflows, streamline operations, and implement scalable frameworks.
• Experience in financial services, venture capital, private equity, or related sectors is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field is beneficial.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
