Description
A fast-growing company is looking for its first Marketing Operations Specialist to help execute and scale an ambitious, multi-channel marketing strategy. This is a highly hands-on role at a fast-moving early-stage startup, responsible for connecting the dots across PR, content, social, events, CRM, analytics, and external partners.
This role is ideal for someone who is smart, hungry, highly organized, and execution-oriented, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment where things are built from scratch and improved constantly.
What You’ll Own
- Own day-to-day marketing operations execution across content, PR, social, events, webinars, conferences, and partnerships
- Serve as the central coordinator between marketing, brand, PR, design agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Manage HubSpot CRM and marketing infrastructure, including campaigns, data hygiene, automations, and basic reporting
- Lead event operations, including on-site operations, landing pages, registrations, email communications, and follow-ups
- Support website updates and marketing assets delivery in collaboration with external partners
- Keep marketing activities organized, on track, and delivered on time, while continuously improving workflows and processes

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations or a marketing-related role, preferably at a startup
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required)
- Experience with event operations (required)
