About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber MBA intern to support early-stage exploration, ideation, and company-building initiatives within fintech. This role offers hands-on exposure to venture creation, market intelligence, and strategic analysis, working closely with senior team members to evaluate emerging opportunities and shape new fintech concepts from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Lead in-depth market and competitive research to identify emerging trends, whitespace opportunities, and unmet needs in fintech
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear strategic frameworks and investment theses
Conduct expert interviews, founder conversations, and ecosystem mapping to validate market hypotheses
Develop high-quality written analyses, presentations, and memos to inform internal decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support portfolio companies on strategic and market-driven initiatives
Requirements:
Qualifications
Currently pursuing an MBA (or equivalent Master’s degree) at a top US program
Demonstrated interest in fintech, venture capital, and company creation
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
Prior experience in consulting, finance, or venture capital preferred
Authorized to work in the US
Available to work full-time (5 days/week) in person at our NYC office
This is a temporary position for a period of two months.
The compensation for this role is $3,500 per month.
