About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber MBA intern to support early-stage exploration, ideation, and company-building initiatives within fintech. This role offers hands-on exposure to venture creation, market intelligence, and strategic analysis, working closely with senior team members to evaluate emerging opportunities and shape new fintech concepts from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead in-depth market and competitive research to identify emerging trends, whitespace opportunities, and unmet needs in fintech
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear strategic frameworks and investment theses
- Conduct expert interviews, founder conversations, and ecosystem mapping to validate market hypotheses
- Develop high-quality written analyses, presentations, and memos to inform internal decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support portfolio companies on strategic and market-driven initiatives
Requirements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an MBA (or equivalent Master’s degree) at a top US program
- Demonstrated interest in fintech, venture capital, and company creation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Prior experience in consulting, finance, or venture capital preferred
- Authorized to work in the US
- Available to work full-time (5 days/week) in person at our NYC office
This is a temporary position for a period of two months.
The compensation for this role is $3,500 per month.
