Community Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Community Manager to build, engage, and manage professional communities of founders, entrepreneurs, women entrepreneurs, business leaders, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, networking, and event coordination skills.
*Key Responsibilities*
-Build and manage communities of founders, entrepreneurs, women entrepreneurs, and business leaders.
-Create and manage WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other relevant community groups.
-Develop strong relationships with community members and encourage active engagement.
-Coordinate and support company events, workshops, networking sessions, and meetups.
-Invite and engage relevant members for company events and initiatives.
-Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute community activities.
-Manage community communication, announcements, and follow-ups.
-Identify new networking and partnership opportunities.
-Collect community feedback and prepare engagement reports.
*Requirements & Preferred Skills*
-Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
-2+ years of experience in Community Management, Event Management, Business Development, Networking, or a related field.
-Fluent in English and Kannada (Mandatory).
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
-Strong event coordination and relationship management skills.
-Proficiency in WhatsApp, LinkedIn, MS Office, and other digital platforms.
-Proactive, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with entrepreneurs and business leaders.
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Willingness to attend and support events outside regular working hours when required.
