We're looking for a dynamic, resourceful Executive Assistant to support our Managing Partner and the broader team at a fast-paced, founder-focused venture capital fund (located in SF). This role balances managing relationships, office, community, events and other cross-functional execution--ideal for someone with sharp instincts, strong EQ, and a builder's mindset.
Responsibilities:
Act as key partner to Managing Partner and broader team in driving internal operations, communications, LP engagement, and other fund initiatives.
Lead special projects across fundraising, marketing, events, and product, adapting to evolving fund priorities.
Liaise with founders, investors, and partners on behalf of the fund, maintaining high-touch relationships.
Organize and support investor and founder events, dinners, and community programming.
Coordinate internal tools, CRM system, and fund communication workflows.
Ideal Candidate:
Student leader or recent grad who's deeply plugged into university ecosystems--someone active in campus orgs, events, or founder/student networks.
Experience in VC, startups, product, or strategy roles.
Exceptionally organized, proactive, and clear communicator.
Able to shift between high-level thinking and tactical execution.
Familiarity with venture capital, early-stage startups, and the founder/investor ecosystem.
High emotional intelligence and comfort managing relationships across a wide network.
