Founded in 2018 by serial entrepreneur Marc Menasé, Founders Future is a transatlantic tech investment platform supporting a new generation of AI-first entrepreneurs driving major transformations. Backed by entrepreneurs, leading European families, and institutional investors, the platform manages nearly $400 million and ranks among the most active early-stage players in Europe.

As part of its expansion into the United States, Founders Future strengthened its shareholder base in 2025 with long-term partners such as MACSF, the Dassault family, and the CMA CGM Group.

With over 120 investments, Founders Future is actively supporting companies like Databricks, Perplexity, Function Health, Waterdrop, Veesion, Riot, Conduktor and Raidium.

Its strategy focuses on high-impact sectors - AI, fintech, SaaS, and healthcare - with a clear ambition: to empower the most ambitious entrepreneurs in scaling breakthrough technologies on a global scale.

We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile intern to join our Investor Relations team. You will work at the heart of our fundraising and LP communication efforts, contributing to the structuring, automation, and scaling of Founders Futures’ IR activities while supporting long-term value creation for our community of investors, founders, and strategic partners.

Directly reporting to the COO, you’ll collaborate closely with the investment, finance, and marketing teams on strategic and cross-functional projects, from preparing fundraising materials and LP reporting to enhancing data workflows, building IR playbooks, and strengthening our global presence across Europe.

  • Produce benchmarks of comparable funds (positioning, key messages, communication style)

  • Monitor VC/PE market trends and competitor initiatives

3. Middle Office & Operations

  • Support teams in fundraising processes (due diligence responses, data room organization, investor Q&A follow-up)

  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, finance) to ensure smooth project execution

  • Contribute to internal strategic analyses (best practices, sector innovations)

  • Help maintain consistency and updates within investor databases (CRM, data rooms, LP profiles)

What we're looking for

  • Master’s student (M1/M2) in entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, or related field looking for a gap-year or final-year internship.

  • Previous experience in finance, consulting, or project management.

  • Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of design or prototyping tools (Figma, InDesign…) is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and writing skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken, to operate in an international environment.

  • Curious, proactive, and structured, you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Strong interest in technology, innovation, and venture capital.

  • Strong interpersonal skills

What we have to offer

  • First-hand exposure. You will work hand-to-hand with experienced investors meeting the very best entrepreneurs in the European ecosystem.
