Venture Capital Associate

SIAC Ventures is the venture capital arm of SIAC Holding, focused on investing in innovative startups shaping the future of the construction and built environment sectors. We back founders building solutions that improve productivity, sustainability, and efficiency across the construction value chain.

Key Responsibilities
• Source and evaluate high-potential startups aligned with SIAC Ventures’ investment thesis
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and commercial due diligence on investment opportunities
• Prepare investment memos and support decision-making for potential investments
• Engage with accelerators, incubators, and ecosystem partners to expand deal flow
• Support portfolio companies with strategy, business development, and fundraising readiness
• Monitor portfolio performance and track key business and financial metrics
• Represent SIAC Ventures in ecosystem events, demo days, and startup programs

What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in venture capital, investment firms, accelerators, venture studios, or related fields (experience within the startup ecosystem is a strong plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in venture capital, startups, and emerging technologies
• Ability to evaluate business models and market opportunities
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working with startups, accelerators, or investment firms is a plus
