Saints Capital is recruiting an Investment
Analyst or Associate to join the team and work across all aspects of the venture
business including investment sourcing, diligence, portfolio operations and
fundraising. We are targeting a candidate with approximately 1-3 years of
finance, consulting, valuation, or investment experience. Given the small team,
this position offers the opportunity to work directly with the partners and
take on many responsibilities across the firm. Saints is currently raising its
latest direct secondary fund and the candidate hired for this role will be
instrumental in the success of the fund.
About Saints
Saints Capital is a venture
capital investment firm focused on the Direct Secondary market – meaning that
it acquires stakes from existing investors and founders as opposed to investing
into a primary round of capital. Saints formed its first fund in 2000 and was a
pioneer in this category of venture investing. Since its founding, Saints has
provided liquidity to General Partners and their Limited Partners in Venture
Capital funds, to founders and early employees of venture-capital backed
companies, and to financial institutions (banks, hedge funds and corporations) that
have portfolios of private investments that wanted liquidity. Notable portfolio
companies include Eventbrite, Facebook, Medallia, MNTN Digital, One Medical,
Palantir, Square, ThetaRay, Vectra AI, Zipline, and Zocdoc.
