We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our venture capital firm headquartered in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in investments and fund management, with a proven ability to scale international portfolios and drive strategic growth across diverse markets.

Investment Expertise (10+ years): Deep knowledge of venture capital, private equity, and international fund structures.
Strategic Leadership: Ability to define long-term vision, set growth strategies, and oversee multi-sector portfolios.
Fundraising & Investor Relations: Proven success in securing commitments from global LPs, family offices, and institutional investors.
Financial Acumen: Strong background in capital allocation, risk management, and ROI optimization.
Governance & Compliance: Familiarity with UAE, GCC, and international regulatory frameworks; ability to ensure full compliance.
Cross-Border Experience: Track record of managing investments across multiple geographies, with emphasis on emerging markets.
Operational Excellence: Skilled in building high-performing teams, defining partner roles, and instilling disciplined governance.
Networking & Influence: Strong relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and regulators in Dubai and the wider GCC ecosystem.
Innovation Mindset: Passion for emerging technologies (AI, EV, robotics, fintech, real estate) and ability to identify disruptive opportunities.
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional ability to persuade stakeholders, present investor-ready strategies, and close high-value deals.
📈 Required Experience
Minimum 10 years in investment management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CEO, Managing Partner, or equivalent).
Demonstrated success in raising and managing international funds exceeding $100M+.
Experience in venture capital ecosystems within the GCC, with knowledge of local licensing, compliance, and cultural dynamics.
Proven ability to scale startups and portfolio companies from early stage to exit.
Strong background in structuring partnerships, joint ventures, and cross-border deals.
