Rubio Impact Ventures is looking for an Analyst (1–2 years experience) to strengthen both our Fundraising and Finance Operations teams. This role is perfect for someone who loves switching between investor-facing work and deep financial analysis and wants a front-row seat inside the operations of an impact VC.
You will spend 50% of your time supporting fundraising (materials, investor requests, pipeline tracking, organizing investor relation & fundraising events) and 50% supporting our CFO with fund operations, reporting, and financial (portfolio) modelling. You’ll report to the CFO and work closely with multiple teams, portfolio companies, and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Fundraising (50%)
Materials, admin & investor requests (~40%)
· Maintain and update investor materials: decks, factsheets, geography decks, DDQs
· Keep the data room, Affinity pipeline, and LP information up to date
· Coordinate investor requests and ensure timely responses
Research & analysis (~30%)
· Conduct research on fundraising markets, LP segments, and prospective investors
· Analyse benchmarks, comparable funds, and thematic trends
· Support the Fundraising team with data-driven insights for outreach
Event organisation (~30%)
· Organise LP events such as annual investor gatherings, breakfasts, and roundtables
· Coordinate logistics, invitations, materials, and stakeholder involvement
· Ensure a professional and seamless experience for investors
Finance Operations (50%)
· Support with financial modelling and scenarios for the fund and the portfolio companies
· Contribute to the preparation of quarterly and annual fund reporting packages
· Work with our CFO on fund operations, planning, and audits
· Support with financial administration process and policies
· Maintain clean, structured internal datasets to enable accurate reporting and decision-making·
What You Bring
1–2 years’ experience in consulting, banking, VC/PE, corporate finance, or similar
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
Strong slide-building and visual structuring abilities
Structured, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Energy and drive
Bonus: experience with impact investing or startups
