WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for someone to support the execution of Plug and Play’s innovation paths by coordinating activities that connect startups and clients within the Innovation Path. The Analyst builds on foundational experience to manage research, reporting, and logistics with growing independence. This position deepens understanding of how innovation initiatives create tangible value for clients and startups.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

Startup Discovery & Market Insights

Conduct deeper research into startups, emerging technologies, and industry trends. Working closely to support Investment Partners on the Full lifecycle of making investments: conducting diligence, making investment recommendations, and helping the portfolio. Maintain relationships with industry partners Diligence/Investment Research. Prepare startup profiles, trend summaries, and benchmark reports. Maintain updated databases and CRM tools with accurate, validated data. Contribute insights during internal discussions and partner briefings. Client & Partner Coordination

Client & Partner Coordination

Assist Managers in preparing client materials, presentations, and follow-ups. Support startup selection and reporting for client challenges and innovation calls. Track deliverables, renewal timelines, and partner satisfaction metrics. Help coordinate startup-client matchmaking activities

Stakeholder Management

Manage the coordination of logistics for startup introductions. Ensure documentation, agendas, and communications are well-prepared. Monitor milestones and maintain project tracking systems. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in health or life-science field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy). MBA/advanced degree and relevant experience is a plus Be curious about business models and venture capital. We emphasize the word “curious”, you don’t need to be “knowledgeable“, we value your STEM background and will teach you the rest Excellent English skills are crucial. German would be a plus. At least 1 year of experience working in a startup environment and/or venture capital. Advanced problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to reason strategically, analytically, and creatively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an unstructured environment. Highly organized and possess the ability to meet tight deadlines along with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.
