We’re a diverse team with backgrounds in technology and entrepreneurship, growing rapidly to deliver on our mission. We are actively seeking an Intern for our programs in São Paulo who is a motivated, proactive student with an entrepreneurial mindset.
This role is ideal for someone interested in corporate innovation, project management, and client-facing operations, who wants to understand how innovation programs are executed after the deal is closed.
You don’t need previous experience in innovation — curiosity, willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills are key.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
As an intern, you will work closely with the Partner Success / Client Operations team, supporting the execution of innovation programs with corporate partners.
This is a post-sales role, focused on ensuring that what was sold to corporate partners is well executed, tracked, and delivered with quality.
You will collaborate with different internal teams (sales, program management, ventures) to support project execution, organization, reporting, and client communication.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Partner Success team in the execution of corporate innovation programs
- Supporting the daily work with corporate partners by preparing presentations, reports, and operational materials
- Understanding what was sold by the sales team (scope, deliverables, timelines) to support proper execution
- Tracking and organizing deliverables, activities, and milestones across different clients and projects
- Updating dashboards, documents, and internal tools to ensure visibility of progress, results, and KPIs
- Supporting data collection and preparation of reports for headquarters and corporate partners
- Joining regular calls with corporate partners, taking notes, and supporting follow-ups
- Providing operational support for meetings with internal teams, startups, and corporate partners, including scheduling and follow-ups
- Supporting interactions with startups when related to corporate challenges and ongoing projects
- Assisting in the organization and execution of workshops, mentor sessions, office hours, and innovation-related events
- Supporting the preparation of case studies and materials focused on program outcomes and results
- Providing operational and administrative support to ensure smooth execution of programs
This role requires close attention to detail and a structured approach to work, helping the team ensure that innovation initiatives are well-documented, measurable, and aligned with client expectations.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Currently studying toward a Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in English
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Strong interest in innovation, corporate environments, and project-based work
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with tasks, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously
- Interest in tracking activities, indicators, and results
- Strong professionalism in the workplace
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good analytical and critical-thinking skills (even at a beginner level)
- Strong Office Suite skills (Google Workspace preferred)
