Alpha Partners is a $400M+ growth equity firm investing in Series B and later tech-enabled businesses. As we raise capital across multiple funds, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to support our Investor Relations (IR) function. This role will be integral in helping us manage our fundraising process, streamline investor engagement, and ultimately drive successful capital raising outcomes.
Role Overview
The IR Associate will partner closely with the Head of Investor Relations to manage the firm’s fundraising pipeline, support investor research and engagement, and ensure seamless execution around meetings, follow-ups, and conferences. This individual will also play a critical role in maintaining accurate investor data, preparing materials, and ensuring we are proactive in driving relationships forward.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Management: Track and update the prospective investor pipeline across multiple funds, ensuring accuracy in CRM and reporting tools.
Limited Partner Research & Outreach: Conduct investor research on prospective fund investors and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
Follow-Up & Scheduling: Manage follow-ups with prospective investors and schedule meetings across time zones with efficiency and professionalism.
Conference Support: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and preparation of international investor conferences and roadshows, including logistics and briefing materials.
Data Entry & Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely entry of investor information into CRM/databases, produce regular pipeline and progress reports.
Investor Engagement: Help monitor investor touchpoints, ensuring communications are timely, consistent, and well-documented.
Operational Support: Work with IR leadership to identify process improvements to increase efficiency in fundraising and investor management.
Qualifications
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, investor relations, client services, or a similar role (financial services, consulting, or startup/VC/PE experience preferred).
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and documents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Affinity, Salesforce, or similar), Excel/Google Sheets, and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
Comfort working across time zones and handling international scheduling.
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to contribute to a growing team.

The salary for this role ranges from $80K – $100K plus benefits and the potential for bonus
