WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support the company’s financial and accounting activities across multiple countries. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of financial information, while acting as a liaison between the company and external advisors. The Finance Analyst will contribute to daily accounting operations, period-end closings, audits, and financial controls.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
- Record, review, and process supplier invoices, ensuring that all transactions are correctly classified and allocated to the appropriate cost centers, in line with internal accounting policies and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and execute payment runs in accordance with invoice due dates, ensuring timely payments to suppliers, and upload payment files to banking platforms while maintaining proper controls and approvals.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations, identify and analyze discrepancies, and ensure that all differences are investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external tax and accounting advisors across different countries, maintaining effective communication and coordination.
- Manage and resolve tax, accounting, and compliance-related queries in collaboration with local advisors, ensuring adherence to country-specific regulations and corporate policies.
- Provide support during internal, statutory, and legal audits by preparing documentation, explanations, and reconciliations, and by responding to auditor requests.
- Actively participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and reliability of financial information reported.
- Prepare, review, and monitor accounting adjustments, including expense accruals, income deferrals, provisions, and other period-end entries in accordance with accounting standards.
- Review, control, and validate employee expenses, ensuring compliance with internal expense policies and identifying potential discrepancies or improvements in processes.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance department
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience working with ERP systems
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
