Our mission is to offer uncompromised benefits: outsized returns for LPs, and charitable funding for Founders Pledge as they empower the non-profits making the biggest difference in the world.

Pledge Ventures was designed as a new economic engine for Founders Pledge. We donate 85% of carried interest and up to 50% of annual management fees to the charity.
Our strategy guides us to find the best deals, and investments are driven by a set of rules:
- Top-tier VC participating in the round: Co-investing with leading funds allows us to benefit from their expertise, and ensures we’re participating in the most promising deals.
- Raising $20M+ in Series B or beyond: We focus exclusively on late-stage rounds to target exceptional businesses at the point of scaling.
- Founder is a member of Founders Pledge: Unique access to high-growth companies allows us to participate in highly-competitive and oversubscribed rounds.
