About the Role
This role combines workplace management with community engagement at Pillar VC's 23,000 sq ft headquarters. The associate will serve as the primary point of contact for creating a welcoming office environment, managing daily operations including vendor coordination and inventory, and supporting events ranging from happy hours to founder dinners through flagship experiences like Founder Camp.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and maintaining the physical space
- Onboarding portfolio companies
- Coordinating lunches and supplies
- Managing guest access
- Event execution support
- Building relationships within the founder community
Requirements
- 2+ years in hospitality, community management, or member experience roles
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility for occasional evening / weekend events
