We’re a building a early-stage fund in Central Europe looking for a technical builder who can help us rethink how a VC firm finds founders and understands markets. Dual role - finding founders and after investment support them. This is an operator role — you’ll be shipping tools, not writing strategy documents.
What You Will Actually Do
Build tools that exploit the local-first AI ecosystem — LLM runtimes, embeddings, vector stores, sovereign compute workflows — to accelerate how we discover founders and map markets
Develop internal interfaces that are generated, not designed: ephemeral apps, task-specific flows, small agents that do real work
Create pipelines that turn market signals (including prediction markets) into structured intelligence we can act on
Ship fast. Replace dead processes. Experiment constantly.
Treat software as disposable and intelligence as fluid — spin things up, kill them, keep what compounds
What Matters
You can build systems end-to-end
You understand the edge AI stack: Ollama-style runtimes, llama.cpp-class engines, quantized models, local vector DBs
You're comfortable orchestrating agentic workflows and generative UI patterns — not intimidated by ambiguity
You think in probabilities, not narratives
You’re based in Central or Eastern Europe (or open to being)
Why This Role Exists
The way venture works is being rebuilt. Cloud-mediated “search” and slow human research loops are obsolete. We want an internal engine that operates like the frontier of 2026: local intelligence, custom interfaces on demand, continuous mapping of the world, and high-signal inputs priced in real time.
You’ll have the freedom and mandate to build that engine.
