Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Fund Operations Partner at Nordic Science Capital. The role involves overseeing and managing the daily operations of the investment fund, including financial reporting, compliance, and coordination with external partners. The Fund Operations Partner will also support deal execution, maintain investment records, and contribute to portfolio monitoring and performance analysis. The position requires liaising with investment teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient fund management.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, fund administration, and compliance
Experience with portfolio monitoring, performance analysis, and investment documentation
Skills in project management, operational oversight, and coordinating with external stakeholders
Proficiency in financial tools and systems related to investment operations
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience or interest in science-based industries, venture capital, or startup ecosystems is an advantage
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
