Role: turn ideas, relationships and opportunities into structured delivery while working directly with founders.
Partnerships: build partner/sponsor pipeline; research organisations; develop propositions; prepare meetings; coordinate activity; create collaborations; manage deliverables and renewals.
Programmes: design and deliver NoBa and EmpowerHER programmes including Elevate; coordinate speakers, mentors, partners and venues; manage communications/logistics; track delivery; gather feedback and create repeatable systems.
Events: manage calendar, concepts, venues, speakers, partners, suppliers, timelines, budgets, guest lists, materials and follow-up; build event playbooks.
Content & Social: maintain content calendar; identify stories; draft LinkedIn/newsletter/event content; capture and repurpose event content; coordinate visuals; publish; analyse performance.
Profile: exceptionally organised, creates structure from ambiguity, manages multiple workstreams, writes clearly, understands content/social, follows up with stakeholders, commercially curious, entrepreneurial, high standards, low ego and hands-on. Use AI for research, planning, drafting, briefs, meeting summaries, feedback and workflow automation. Experience spans partnerships, startup/investment ecosystems, programmes, events, community, brand and operations.
