The NEA Fellowship
The NEA Fellowship is a spring semester opportunity for undergraduate students to work directly with the NEA investment team — an unparalleled opportunity to learn the business of venture capital and get first-hand exposure to company-building.
NEA is a global venture capital firm focused on helping entrepreneurs build transformational businesses across multiple stages, sectors and geographies. Founded in 1977, NEA has more than $38 billion in assets under management and invests in technology and healthcare companies from seed stage through IPO.
Who we are looking for
Students who are involved in their campus venture and entrepreneurship ecosystem or who have backgrounds in engineering, product, or design. Ideal candidates are curious, independent thinkers and team players, and engaged with emerging technologies and trends.
What you will be doing
- Work alongside NEA investment professionals in company and pitch meetings
- Support follow-up, tracking, and investment research
- Manage a company tracker and stay up-to-date with startup launches
