Role Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented content moderator. This is a full-time remote position open to candidates anywhere in the United States. The role involves reviewing user-generated content across our platform and blog, ensuring that all posts, comments, and submissions align with our community guidelines and maintain a professional and respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review and moderate user comments, forum posts, and submitted articles on a daily basis
Identify and remove spam, inappropriate language, hate speech, or off topic content
Respond to basic user inquiries about moderation decisions when needed
Collaborate with the community and editorial teams to improve guidelines over time
Qualifications
Excellent reading and written English
Strong attention to detail and consistent judgment
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Basic familiarity with social media and online communities
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Previous moderation or customer support experience is helpful
Compensation
$52,000 - $58,000 per year. In addition, team members receive quarterly performance bonuses and annual company-wide profit-sharing bonuses based on overall platform growth.
