We’re Multiplyers VC, a dynamic venture capital firm in the heart of Dubai. We are on a mission to empower founders and make impactful investments in the tech space. We’re looking for a Head of Investor Relations to join our team full time. This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical and sales skills, organizing events for investors, a solid background in project management and knowledge in capital markets. Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relations & Sales Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, supporting capital-raising activities and keeping investors in the loop on portfolio progress.
Analyze & Evaluate Opportunities: Conduct in-depth evaluations of startups, providing critical insights to drive our investment decisions.
Support Due Diligence: Assist in due diligence for potential investments, collaborating closely with our team to ensure all data and metrics align.
Prepare Investment Memos and One-Pagers: Craft detailed investment memos and presentation materials for our portfolio companies.
Schedule 1:1 calls with investors to present the investment opportunities.
Organize small events for 20-30 investors and present them the investment opportunity, supported with the documents and DD research.
Leverage Investor Connections: Use your network to introduce founders to key players, providing valuable support during further due diligence to help our clients achieve their goals.
Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for someone who not only brings expertise but also a passion for the startup and investment world. Here’s what will make you a strong fit:
Experience: 3-5 years in investor relations, finance, marketing, or venture capital, with a background in managing portfolios or working closely with investors.
Sell-Side Experience: You’ve worked with startups on the "sell side," where you understand the challenges and opportunities that founders face in raising capital.
Buy-Side Experience: You’ve been on the "buy side," in a venture capital setting, where you understand the importance of due diligence and strategic portfolio management.
Working closely with Family Offices and overseeing the overall portfolio.
Event management experience.
Core Skills:
Analytical & Financial Acumen: Strong analytical skills and a familiarity with financial analysis, business modeling, and investment fundamentals.
Sales Savvy: Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a knack for building and nurturing relationships with investors and partners.
Project Management Expertise: Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and a proactive/creative approach to challenges.

Compensation:
Average is 15 000 - 20 000$/month:
$5000-8000 monthly basic salary plus 1% per raised capital bonus
