About Mouro Capital: venture capital firm investing in fintech and adjacent technologies transforming financial services, seed through Series B/C, across Europe and the Americas. Delivery Hub connects market intelligence, startup capabilities and deal execution to LP priorities across Insights, Partnerships, and Transactions & Special Projects.
Role: London and/or Madrid; own transaction numbers and strategic initiative workstreams, building models, pressure-testing business cases, conducting diligence and orchestrating projects.
Transactions: valuation, scenario, cap table, liquidation-preference waterfall and earnout modelling; due diligence; coordinate buy/sell-side teams; model synergies; prepare approval materials.
Special Projects: lead initiatives end-to-end; build and challenge business plans; coordinate Mouro, LP and external stakeholders; provide PMO structure and track milestones/dependencies.
Profile: 5–7 years in strategy consulting, investment banking, transaction services, PE, corporate finance/development; strong Excel and modelling; complex workstream delivery; senior stakeholder experience. Numerical rigour, commercial judgement, stakeholder orchestration, concise communication, structured problem solving, independence and deal/project versatility. Bonus: post-M&A integration, Spanish, financial services/fintech/technology/VC exposure.
