The Opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join us as a Platform Associate and have a direct impact on our organization. This is an execution-critical role at the center of our investment and platform operations.
What You'll Do
Ignite (pre-seed) Underwriting (30%)
- Support the full underwriting process for Ignite investments
- Conduct competitive analysis and product signal evaluation aligned with strategy
- Prepare investment memos and maintain deal documentation
- Develop investment instincts through direct exposure to decision-making
PEiRs & Igniters Cohort Management (30%)
- Manage day-to-day operations of PEiRs and Igniters cohorts
- Place senior team members as speakers at startup conferences
- Own the Ignite sourcing pipeline
Platform Project Management (20%)
- Project manage value-add programs for portfolio companies
- Coordinate with Products That Count network
- Track program outcomes and report on portfolio impact
Marketing Project Management (20%)
- Manage AEO and PR agencies
- Execute LinkedIn engagement strategy
- Support content production including founder podcast series
- Maintain digital presence consistency
What You Bring
Required
- 5–8 years venture capital, startup, or high-trust B2B experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Genuine curiosity about investing and venture ecosystem
- Excellent written and verbal communication: clear, direct, and credible
- Comfort operating in lean, fast-moving environments
Ideal Background
- VC firm, accelerator, or startup ecosystem operational experience
- Deal flow management tool familiarity (Airtable)
- Early-stage investing or founder community exposure
- Agency/vendor management experience
- Product fluency
